About JTAP Community Portal

The JTAP Community Portal is a multi-tenant SaaS platform purpose-built for skills-based communities, coworking networks, and local professional groups that want to foster real economic connections among their members. Instead of relying on scattered tools — a Facebook group for announcements, a spreadsheet for member services, and Venmo for payments — the portal delivers a single, branded home where every member can discover, transact, and grow together under one roof.

At its core, the platform serves three types of participants. Workspace owners and community organizers use branded isolation with each tenant running their own portal, billing, member directory, and administrative tools from a single infrastructure. Service providers — accountants, wellness coaches, graphic designers, handymen, and other skilled professionals — build profiles, list their services with set pricing, and accept secure payments through built-in escrow. And buyers — the larger membership base — browse curated listings, message providers directly, make payments, and leave verified reviews.

Key features include a centralized marketplace with service listings, tags, and favorites; a threaded direct messaging system between members; event management with calendars and RSVPs; an AI-powered matchmaker that connects service requests to the right providers; and an escrow payments ledger that protects both parties on every transaction. Workspace owners can also place paid ads within their portal, run announcements, moderate content, and view activity analytics to understand how their community engages.

The portal is built by Tree Huggers Inc., a software studio that designs and operates modular web and mobile experience platforms for purpose-driven organizations. For communities that outgrow a spreadsheet or a Facebook marketplace, the JTAP Community Portal is the bridge to a real, monetized ecosystem of trust, skill-sharing, and peer-to-peer exchange — all packaged so each community feels like its own app, not a shared tool.
